
Business Development Professional

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and prospecting new opportunities from assigned areas or branches of channel partners.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with branch managers and staff to gain valuable insights and generate leads.
You will also be involved in various activities such as setting up stalls and making presentations in corporate settings, closing sales and following up on issuance, increasing bank customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions, and driving effective Reward and Recognition programs.
Your key performance indicators will include Adjusted Modal First Year Premium (MFYP), number of policies sold, business leakage including cancellations, and 15th Month collection.
To succeed in this role, you will require a graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline, 0.6 to 2 years of experience in sales for Band 5/5A respectively, good communication skills in English and regional languages, and an age group of 21-28 years.
