Business Development Professional

This is a dynamic role that combines client success and performance analytics. As a Business Development Professional, you will be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring strong relationships while delivering actionable business insights.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, client success, sales support, or business development, with familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar. Comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analytics is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US-based client accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies with internal teams.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret performance data; prepare and present dashboards, reports, and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
