As a senior professional in the Assurance domain, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and acquire new clients.\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and confidence in our services.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal performance.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.\
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.\\-

Required Skills and Qualifications:

\

Minimum 7+ years of post-qualification experience in Indian practice Assurance domain

\

Qualified CA with excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS

\

Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and manage engagement teams

\

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating at all levels within an organization

\

Ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions

\

Proven supervision and coaching skills, with ability to delegate and manage multiple engagements
