Strategic SaaS Product Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic SaaS Product Development Lead to join our team at Welspun Transformation Services Limited.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, product management, and leadership. They will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our SaaS products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and meeting customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps to meet business objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to inform product strategies.
- Define and analyze metrics to measure product success.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure aligned product development.
- Develop deep understanding of customers, stakeholders, and their challenges.
- Prioritize product opportunities and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
- Foster innovation and customer focus culture.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) products, including development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience managing product lifecycles from conception to launch.
- Knowledge of financial technology and its applications.
Skill Set:
- Strong analytical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with others.
- Attention to detail to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Creativity to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
