Job Title: SCM Presales and Solutions Consultant

This role requires strong expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain outsourcing engagements.

  • Conduct due diligence and process maturity assessments with customers to build business cases for outsourcing.
  • Create compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, develop value propositions, and articulate supply chain service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and defend solutions during client discussions.
  • Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide support during transition to steady state.
  • Represent the organization in analyst interactions to enhance brand value and positioning.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8-15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Energy & Resources, Hi-Tech, Retail, CPG, Travel & Hospitality, etc.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
