Treasury Strategist

As a key member of our organization's financial operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize cash flow, manage risk, and drive growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance liquidity, reduce costs, and minimize risks associated with cash management.
  • Facilitate the issuance of capex letters of credit (LCs) and manage buyer's/supplier's credit arrangements to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Manage surplus funds through short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
  • Ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans, maintaining strong relationships with lenders and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the management of inter-corporate deposit issuances, limit monitoring, and documentation to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective treasury accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Manage foreign exchange hedging activities and related bank documentation to mitigate currency risks.
  • Lead Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance efforts for all bank accounts and drive digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Accounts, Projects, and Procurement, to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence in treasury operations.
