A Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the preparation and filing of statutory audits, tax audits, and financial reports. They must also manage client interactions, provide consultancy services, and lead a team for financial returns and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct statutory audit, tax audit, and preparation of financial reports
- Preparation and filing of Tax Returns during the season
- Manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis and provide consultancy services
- Guide and lead a team for Financial Returns and Compliance Matters
- Assist in handling Assessments of various entities for Tax and Financial matters
- Support Partners in providing Virtual CFO Services, M&A support, and related advisory services
- Prepare MIS reports for management to support strategic decision-making
- Perform other related professional activities as required
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Tax Laws, Audit procedures, and Financial regulations
