We are currently seeking a seasoned Workplace Strategist to spearhead the transformation of interior spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

About This Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research initiatives to understand client needs and translate them into actionable design plans.
  • They will analyze client workspace requirements, develop innovative design proposals, and craft compelling presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • This strategic thinker will devise efficient space plans that account for workflow optimization and ergonomic principles.
  • Leveraging space utilization strategies, they will enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture within the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the envisioned aesthetic while meeting functional criteria.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and sustainability standards is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • A project manager at heart, the Workplace Strategist will create project budgets and timelines to deliver cost-effective design solutions.
  • They will source and procure materials within established budgets, maintaining accurate project records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • This visionary leader will build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • A strong communicator, they will prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction purposes.

Requirements: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field is essential. Minimum 7-12 years of experience in workplace design projects and managing a team is also required. Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop is necessary.
