Financial Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned finance professional, you have the unique opportunity to become a trusted advisor on financial performance for an established organization driving innovation in AI advancements.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can define and implement financial strategies, strengthen governance frameworks, and ensure effective budgetary controls.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Corporate Finance function globally, responsible for external and internal reporting of financial information, including month-end close processes, annual audits, and Board reporting.
  • Manage monthly close processes, audits, and procurement activities with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop strong familiarity with US GAAP/IFRS-based financial standards, particularly service revenue recognition.
  • Establish and maintain Treasury, payment gateway, and Banking relationships.
  • Apply expertise in Financial Modeling, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and ability to model complex business scenarios.
  • Understand unit-level metrics and develop strategies to improve them.
  • Familiarize yourself with US and India taxes to ensure compliance and filings – 1099, use and sales tax etc. and collaborate with year-end CPAs for filing returns.
  • Have basic familiarity with secretarial and legal contracts – timelines and laws, and work with Certified Service firms.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of overall experience and 4 years in finance controllership/tax functions.
  • Strong Excel modeling skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in ERP Systems, process implementation, and familiarity with technical accounting standards i.e. GAAP/IFRS etc.
  • Clear understanding of Financial Planning, Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Compliances, Business Growth Strategy etc.
  • Maturity to influence key stakeholders and work under pressure while ensuring quality output.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to express complex and abstract ideas concisely.
