Seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead financial operations and drive business growth.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer with exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision to develop and execute financial strategies that support our company's objectives.

  • Develop and implement financial plans aligned with business goals, ensuring timely execution and effective communication of plans to stakeholders.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, providing insightful recommendations to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
Financial Strategy & Planning

Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.

  • Provide expert guidance on financial modeling, scenario planning, and stress testing to support informed business decisions.
Accounts & Financial Reporting

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, in line with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS standards.
Audit & Compliance

Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end, ensuring timely closure and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls to minimize risks, ensuring robust governance and compliance frameworks.
Taxation & Regulatory

Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments, ensuring timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory timelines.

  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
