We are seeking a skilled Junior Sales Executive to drive sales initiatives within the Kolkata market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of channel sales distribution and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Assist in driving sales initiatives within the assigned region, focusing on laptops, desktops, and PCs.
  • Channel Management: Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers to enhance sales performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences specific to the Kolkata market.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and specifications to effectively communicate benefits to partners and customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product distribution and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Kolkata market and its dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners and customers.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Passion for technology and understanding of computer hardware specifications.
