Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agrochemicals Business Development Lead to join our team at Dhanuka Agritech. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the agrochemicals industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agrochemicals industry
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the agrochemicals industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Strong understanding of the agrochemicals market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹30 lakhs per annum, plus bonuses and benefits package.
