Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop, design, and deliver effective soft skills training programs that cater to the needs of BPO employees.
- To assess employee training needs through performance reports, surveys, and manager feedback.
- To create engaging training content, role plays, simulations, and case studies relevant to the BPO/customer service environment.
- To cultivate empathy, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction in employees through coaching and mentoring.
- To evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance.
- To collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure training modules align with business objectives.
- To maintain accurate records of training participation and outcomes using a Training Management Information System (MIS).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
