We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization in the role of SuccessFactors EC Specialist.

  • Based out of Bangalore, this individual will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Employee Central Solution.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations is necessary.

The selected candidate will be responsible for defining business requirements and conducting fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution features.

  • Expertise in providing consulting services to global organizations in HCM best practices and helping clients migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions is crucial.
  • This individual will translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with data models and a strong knowledge of XML are required.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience working with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
  • Experience with Time-Off and EC payroll is also necessary.

In this role, the specialist will be responsible for configuring systems in accordance with solution design and configuration workbooks/business blueprints. Translations and uploading translation packs for data models configuration and MDF are also key responsibilities.

  • Preparation and execution of test cases/test plans/test scripts are essential.
  • A strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments are necessary for success.
