**Job Title:** Financial Expert
At a leading financial services firm, we are committed to providing innovative solutions to drive economic growth in the country.
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in collecting and analyzing financial data, coordinating with financial institutions, and financing small businesses.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Collection and analysis of financial data and statements
- Coordination with financial institutions for facilitation and appraisal of business plans
- Financing of small businesses, retailers, traders, clusters, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and rural industries
- Proven experience in appraisal of business plans and financing MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises)
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent in Management, Economics, Finance, or Banking from a recognized institute
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with rural and semi-urban financial ecosystems
