**Job Title:** Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Financial Planning and Analysis Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax audits and ensure statutory compliance
  • Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, CARO, and Schedule III requirements
  • Oversee financial reporting in compliance with Ind AS
  • Drive and monitor internal audit processes
  • Utilize SAP for all financial operations and reporting
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting using advanced Excel
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial statements
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare and manage accurate and timely MIS reports
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes
  • Lead periodic financial planning and performance reviews
  • Provide variance analysis – actual vs. budget/forecast
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management information systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
