Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounts Professional to join our team.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, management information systems, financial controls improvement, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.

The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards and guidelines, coordinating with statutory auditors.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Review of quarterly and year-to-date financial results for presentation to the Board of Directors.
  2. Responsible for all tax-related matters including GST compliance, direct tax, and tax audit.
  3. Participating in investment committee meetings, monitoring investments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Review of reports/data and coordination with the corporate tax team for statutory compliances - tax returns.

The successful incumbent will possess over 12 years of experience in finance and accounts, adept at finalization of accounts, financial reporting, management information systems, financial controls improvement, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis, treasury management, fund raising, income tax, GST compliance, auditing, and NBFC experience.

Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
  • Over 12 years of experience in finance and accounts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, management information systems, financial controls improvement, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Experience in reviewing standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards and guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including GST compliance, direct tax, and tax audit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
