Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex change projects in financial and regulatory reporting, focusing on process improvements through technology and non-technology solutions.

  • Strong background in financial and regulatory reporting is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience in consulting, product management, or financial services is preferred.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA qualification is expected.
  • Ability to fluently write and speak English is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies while coordinating stakeholders.
  2. Implement automation for regulatory and risk reporting in leading banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
  3. Explain product features to clients and lead conversations on business requirements.
  4. Design solutions for data management, computations, and end-state reporting outputs.
  5. Proactively improve processes and resolve queries.
  6. Understand financial products, their impact on reporting requirements, and the broader financial services business.
  7. Serve clients across a range of needs, delivering end-to-end solutions.
  8. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and generate regular status reports.
  9. Mentor teams, manage projects, and deliver client work.
  10. Drive daily execution of assigned client projects.
  11. Understand clients' businesses, key strategic essentials, industry dynamics, and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Manage stakeholders and projects effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Either an Indian citizen or having a valid work permit in India.
  2. Full-time engagement with a probation period of 6 months.
  3. Compensation varies based on skill, fitment, and role played.
  4. Performance incentives are typical, with specific aspects discussed during compensation discussions.
  5. 22 working days of leave per year, plus additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity, paternity, bereavement, and studies vary based on city and country.
  6. Medical insurance and other employment benefits will be discussed during compensation talks.
