
Employee Engagement Specialist

This role is responsible for designing and executing employee engagement programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity. The goal is to create a positive work environment through transparent communication and fair practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. They should be proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
