Job Description

Role Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic recruitment, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.
  • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into our organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for all teams.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.
  • Investigate and resolve conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and empathetic manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices, labour laws, and employment regulations in India.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
