Senior HR Strategist

As a senior HR strategist, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving People Practices & Policy Implementation:
    • Develop site-specific HR procedures and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Life-Cycle Management:
    • Manage employee life cycle, facilitate new hire onboarding, and lead talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to improve engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Metrics & Data Analysis:
    • Utilize data and analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance & Audit Support:
    • Ensure adherence to all employment laws and company policies and provide support in audits from Human Resources.
  • Change Management:
    • Support leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.
Requirements:
  • MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR), with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
