Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of recruitment coordination, who is proficient in tools like Excel, forms, and emails, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Client Recruiter by coordinating candidate interviews, maintaining calendar schedules, sending follow-up emails, and interview reminders.
  2. Maintain accurate candidate tracking sheets and update status reports.
  3. Assist in sourcing candidates or talent mapping by region when needed.
  4. Conduct basic salary research using available resources.

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Client Recruiter with various tasks related to recruitment coordination.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
