Job Description

We seek a Talent Deployment Specialist with expertise in delivering successful global workforce deployments across APAC, US, and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to deliver accurate and timely staffing solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Build strong vendor networks for high fill rates and reduced time-to-fill cycles.
  • Manage consultant lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, engagement, extension, roll-off, redeployment.
  • Ensure contract compliance and local labor laws across geographies.
  • Coordinate between consultants, client stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Track performance metrics: time-to-fill improvements, utilization rates, redeployment success, retention levels.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in staff augmentation in APAC, US, and EMEA markets is required.
  • Proven track record of success in reducing average time-to-fill cycles, driving high utilization, and successfully managing multi-regional staffing programs is essential.
  • Experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing firms is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA/HR specialization is advantageous.
