Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hosting Team Member to join our organization in the deployment, hosting, and maintenance of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) application in a regulated environment.

  • Manage application environments ensuring system availability and supporting validation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless application hosting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Hosting & Environment Support
  • Install configure and maintain LIMS application environments.
  • Perform environment refresh patching and upgrades as per project and business requirements.
  • Ensure environments comply with IT security and audit requirements.
Monitoring & Incident Management
  • Monitor system performance logs and scheduled jobs to ensure high availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application hosting issues in coordination with infrastructure DBA and application teams.
User & Access Management
  • Manage user provisioning roles and access rights in compliance with security policies.
  • Configure LDAP/SFTP connections for secure authentication and data transfer.
Backup Recovery & Compliance
  • Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness for LIMS environments.
  • Support IQ/OQ validation documentation and execution during deployments or upgrades.
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve hosting issues.
  • Document configurations procedures and environment details in knowledge repositories.
