Expert Technical Support Specialist Sought to Ensure IT Infrastructure Reliability

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in maintaining the reliability and functionality of our client's IT infrastructure, empowering employees to work efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Endpoint Management: Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, providing support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure, user provisioning, and issue resolution.
  • Incident Management: Manage incident and service request management processes to ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Utilize Nexthink for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
  • User Account Administration: Administer user accounts in Active Directory, including adding/removing users from groups and managing calendar access and delegation.
  • Collaboration Tools: Facilitate consultant onboarding/offboarding processes, manage access to collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, and monitor phishing email incidents.
  • Remote Software Installations: Perform remote software installations and configurations to ensure users have access to required applications.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree: In computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience: In technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge: Of Microsoft Windows operating systems and office applications.
  • Familiarity: With Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administration tools.
