Job Title: Chief Quality Assurance Manager

The Chief Quality Assurance Manager oversees all quality assurance and control processes to ensure that our products meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and safety requirements.

This role ensures the highest quality of products from raw materials to finished goods, driving continuous improvement in production and safety processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards
  • Oversee regular audits, inspections, and testing processes across all production stages

Process Monitoring:

  • Supervise the quality control team to monitor and evaluate the production process, ensuring consistency and safety
  • Develop protocols for raw material inspection, in-process control, and finished product testing
  • Address any quality deviations or non-conformities swiftly and implement corrective actions

Compliance & Certification:

  • Maintain certifications and compliance with industry standards
  • Properly document all quality control processes and procedures for internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections

Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement initiatives for product quality and process efficiency
  • Work closely with R&D, production, and procurement teams to address quality-related issues and innovate solutions
  • Lead quality training programs for staff to maintain high standards and awareness

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor the quality control team, ensuring proper resource allocation and professional development
  • Foster a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization
