Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

**Role Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned financial executive to lead our plant's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale financial functions, driving cost efficiency, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and the financial planning process to inform strategic decisions.
  • Accounting & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and prepare timely and insightful financial reports for management.
  • Compliance & Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal SOPs.
  • Cost Management & Efficiency: Lead initiatives to optimize financial operations, enhance cost efficiency, and provide financial analysis for plant costs and variances to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team within the plant, fostering adherence to standards and high performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks and act as a custodian of the organization's risk register.
  • Stakeholder & Auditor Relations: Coordinate with auditors, manage audit processes, and provide financial information and insights to senior management, stakeholders, and the plant head.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant and very proficient in SAP/HANA 4.0 or above with a minimum of 18 years of experience in managing large plant finance & accounting.
