Financial Management and Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, in accordance with established accounting standards.
  • Conduct thorough financial audits, risk assessments, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and oversee financial reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor working capital and cash flow to ensure financial stability and make informed business decisions.

Cost Accounting and Budgeting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective cost control measures and analyze variances to optimize business performance.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business profitability and success.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex financial issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CA/ICWA/CS certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in cost accounting and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset but not required.
