At Citadel Propcon Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the real estate sector. As a key member of our team, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and promote our real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, focusing on client acquisition and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders to generate repeat and referral business.

The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. We offer a competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

**Required Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
