**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise in the real estate sector.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.* Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition and capitalize on emerging trends.* Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase Citadels strengths and value proposition.* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.* Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector.* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.* Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

**Compensation:** The expected compensation package for this role includes an annual salary of ₹15-22 lakhs, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
