  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase Citadel's capabilities and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize revenue potential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
