Key Responsibilities:- IDentify new business opportunities in the real estate sector and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Buid strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders to generate repeat and referral business.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase Citadel's capabilities and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize revenue potential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
