This role is ideal for a highly organized and self-motivated individual with expertise in accounts management, collections, and financial reporting. As a Real Estate Account Management Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of accounts receivable, tracking client payments, and ensuring all accounts are updated and collections are handled appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management: Manage daily accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
  • Collections: Actively manage collections efforts for overdue accounts, follow up with clients, and coordinate with accounting teams as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts receivable reports, collections summaries, and cash flow projections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts management, collections, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate developer clients and property management financial systems.
