Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned CRM professional to lead our customer relationship management initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer loyalty, drive sales growth, and improve overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customer-centric campaigns to foster strong relationships and increase retention rates.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM marketing or advertising within a Sales team in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other relevant software platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
