CRM Executive
who will be the voice of the brand to our customers, building relationships, gathering insights, and driving repeat sales.
Role Overview
As a
CRM Executive
, you will engage directly with customers to ensure smooth order experiences, resolve issues, collect feedback, and encourage repeat purchases. You will play a key role in building trust and loyalty while supporting operations with basic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers regarding:
- Delivery issues (NDR)
- RTO (return-to-origin) resolutions
- Purchase feedback and product experience
- Encouraging repeat buying / reorder reminders
- Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback.
- Share insights on purchase behavior and customer satisfaction with management.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth order flow and issue resolution.
- Assist in reducing RTO and improving customer retention.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (any stream), fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English).
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset.
