Business Development Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist in the Cargo Division. If you have a passion for sales and are eager to grow in a challenging yet rewarding environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship-building.
  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and ensure achievement of sales and collection targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer data in line with company standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in automotive aftermarket / spare parts / commercial vehicles).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with commercial vehicle spare parts will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on customer relationship management.
