Job Highlights:

As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of sales or business development experience who is eager to contribute to a fast-growing tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across target markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, and online research.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and update lead records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and client-specific solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Business Development (B2B or B2C).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with willingness to take ownership of targets.
