The Role

We're seeking a Sales & Business Development Associate to help drive SSCG's growth by building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting revenue expansion. You'll be working directly with leadership across divisions (consulting, technology, talent, and media) to identify prospects, pitch SSCG's offerings, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities


• Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.


• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.


• Develop sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.


• Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align sales strategy with company goals.


• Track pipeline, sales performance, and reporting using CRM tools.


• Represent SSCG at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.


• Contribute to growth strategy and explore new revenue streams for SSCG.

Requirements


• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (fresh graduates with strong communication skills welcome).


• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.


• Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation abilities.


• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


• Interest in consulting, media, technology, and culture businesses.
