Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Escalation Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for handling escalated customer issues across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze customer complaints by engaging with relevant internal departments to ensure timely resolution and maintain high levels of empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Keep customers informed with clear, consistent updates throughout the resolution process.
- Maintain detailed records of all escalation cases, actions taken, and outcomes to inform process improvements.
