Customer Escalation Resolution Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Customer Escalation Resolution Specialist to join our support team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate diverse customer queries and escalate issues effectively. A strong understanding of customer-centricity and empathy is crucial in this role.

  • Effective resolution of customer complaints and escalations within timely and compliant standards.
  • Key performance indicators include customer satisfaction (C-SAT), first response time (FRT), and resolution time (Q2R).
  • Full ownership of assigned cases, adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience.
  • Champion of customer-centricity and empathy, demonstrating unwavering drive for resolving customer issues.
  • Experience in customer support at a leading B2C organization, preferably in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
