The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate diverse customer queries and escalate issues effectively. A strong understanding of customer-centricity and empathy is crucial in this role.
- Effective resolution of customer complaints and escalations within timely and compliant standards.
- Key performance indicators include customer satisfaction (C-SAT), first response time (FRT), and resolution time (Q2R).
- Full ownership of assigned cases, adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience.
- Champion of customer-centricity and empathy, demonstrating unwavering drive for resolving customer issues.
- Experience in customer support at a leading B2C organization, preferably in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
