Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview

This role is a key part of our talent acquisition team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring processes, managing stakeholders and delivering closures within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and market dynamics.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms, referrals and networking.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or staffing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
