Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a key position that plays a crucial role in the growth and development of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people analytics.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional with a strong background in hiring, engagement, and data-driven decision making. They will have excellent analytical skills and be comfortable working with HR metrics and dashboards.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing; building pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Developing and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract passive talent.
  • Designing and implementing employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs (pulse surveys, townhalls, recognition programs).
  • Analyzing people metrics to track hiring funnel KPIs, attrition, engagement scores, and workforce planning; presenting insights to leadership.
  • Partnering with managers on performance management, goal-setting, and career-pathing frameworks.
  • Driving learning & development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Ensuring HR compliance, compensation administration, and policy documentation.
  • Acting as an employee champion — coaching leaders, handling escalations sensitively, and maintaining a positive work culture.

The must-have qualifications for this role include:

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable ownership of talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • MBA (HR) or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Track record of hiring technical roles (developers/engineers) and business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with HR metrics, dashboards, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and compliance basics.
