Talent Acquisition Strategist
">We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and a passion for fostering internal mobility and employee engagement.
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance standards for the talent acquisition team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Drive and manage the internal hiring process, identifying opportunities to promote talent mobility within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Ensure timely and effective placement of internal candidates while maintaining a positive employee experience.
Internal Hiring
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to address talent requirements.
- Utilize data-driven insights to streamline recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire metrics.
- Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Recruitment Strategy
- Partner with senior leadership and business heads to align hiring efforts with organizational objectives.
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Staffing Industry Expertise
- Enhance the organization's employer brand within the staffing industry to attract top-tier talent.
- Ensure all hiring practices adhere to labor laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of internal hiring processes, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within fast-paced environments.
- Expertise with Recruiter & ATS (JobDiva).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and implement actionable strategies.
