Global Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts and establish a world-class talent acquisition process.

This is a key leadership role that will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the recruitment process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists who will be responsible for hiring top talent in various business verticals.
  • Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Design innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and create a robust talent acquisition engine.
  • Set internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking and best practices.
  • Review data and assess external talent environment to forecast talent supply and needs.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and track recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a team leading role.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Global HR Shared Services hiring.
  • Must have experience in driving talent acquisition strategy and delivery.
  • Ability to drive strategic talent acquisition goals in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team.
