About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates with expertise and professionalism.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment goals, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
- Maintain regular updates and progress reports with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely feedback.
- Candidate Experience:
- Deliver a seamless and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing personalized support and guidance at each stage.
- Ensure timely and constructive feedback to candidates, showcasing our commitment to excellence and respect for their time.
- HR Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize recruitment processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, driving results-oriented outcomes.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within our applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance and efficient decision-making.
- Analyze and provide actionable insights from recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, informing strategic decisions.
- Employer Branding:
- Support employer branding initiatives to establish our organization as a leader in talent acquisition, creating a positive reputation and attractive employer brand.
- Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, building relationships and promoting our values.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and/or similar software applications, with basic knowledge of database management and reporting tools.
