Job Title: Senior Event Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Acquisition Specialist to drive participation at our international events and conferences.

This individual will be responsible for acquiring senior-level delegates, attendees, and speakers across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem, ensuring each event delivers a high-value experience with industry leaders.

This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and relationship-building abilities with senior executives. It is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate Acquisition: Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
  • Speaker Acquisition: Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, or business development for events/conferences. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage senior-level executives.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven, with a passion for community building. They will have familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling) and be able to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring senior-level delegates and speakers.
