
Senior Talent Development Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Human Resources department. As a Talent Development Leader, you will oversee the recruitment process, design company policies and set objectives for the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
- Design and maintain company policies that promote a healthy work environment and support business growth.
- Collaborate with management to develop compensation and benefits plans that align with organizational goals.
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient and effective.
- Host in-house recruitment events and participate in industry networking activities.
- Discuss employees' career development paths with managers and provide guidance on training and development opportunities.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) to inform data-driven decision making.
- Review and optimize departmental budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate and improve HR procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and ability to interpret regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Leadership skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
