About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive talent sourcing plans to identify, attract, and engage top candidates.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize our recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team to achieve business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
