About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual who will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Developing and executing strategies to attract top talent and drive business growth.
  • Championing company culture and values through daily HR practices and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
  • Overseeing core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Supporting managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans) and contributing to learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership, proactively identifying HR-related issues and proposing scalable solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
