Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff daily.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising staff and managing day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and ensure quality service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish tasks.
- Communicate clear messages about Front Office goals to achieve desired results.
- Participate in corrective action plans based on guest satisfaction results.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Education: High school diploma or GED + 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related area, OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major (no work experience required).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
