We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Leader to oversee the smooth operation of our front desk.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administrative support, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins/outs, billing, and communication with guests and staff.
- Ensure that all front desk functions run efficiently, identifying any lapses and resolving them promptly.
- Develop and implement policies, systems, and processes to improve front office operations.
- Supervise and coordinate front office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in 4/5-star hotels.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
